Attco Code of Ethics

As members of ESCA, ED&PA and IAEM, we want to contribute to an exposition industry that we can be proud of and committed to, where all individuals have an opportunity to contribute, learn, grow, and advance based on merit and ethical behavior.  To this end, as members of the Exposition Service Contractors Association, the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association, and the International Association of Exposition Managers, we pledge our ethical conduct to further the professionalism, growth, and effectiveness of the exposition industry.

We pledge to:

1. Offer prompt, reliable and courteous service of the highest quality possible.
2. Provide clear and concise facts our clients need in order to plan and purchase contract services wisely.
3. Comply with all codes and standards regarding safety, performance, show rules and regulations.
4. Serve in a spirit of partnership with our clients, other contractors, facilities management and exhibitors to present successful events for all participants.
5. Maintain respect, fairness and integrity in all business activities concerning exhibitors, show management, fellow contractors and facility management.
6. Promote cooperation and interaction with show management and exhibitors to achieve improvements, growth and awareness of our industry.
7. Strive for industry-wide education towards the development and application of new and more efficient methods and materials.
8. Respond to the needs of show management and exhibitors promptly, thoroughly and honestly.
9. Decline to offer or accept any gratuity, gift, or favor which would unfairly influence our decisions or actions.
10. Respect the confidentiality of all proprietary information given in confidence.
